From Tambor del Llano we are happy about this new initiative and we want to contribute with proposals for activities that go along the lines of discovering the heritage values of this environment.

Tambor del Llano proposes you to do scientific tourism in the Sierra de Grazalema: Astronomy, botanical routes, bird watching, archaeological itineraries.

Grazalema has formalized its adherence to the initiative of the so-called 'World Biological Corridor', an international project promoted by the NGO 'A Forest for Planet Earth', which seeks to safeguard highly valuable habitats throughout the world. It is an initiative aimed at seeking alliances and synergies between towns, cities and regions around the world to collaborate on projects and strategies that contribute from the local level to the fight against climate change.

The project aims to create a biological corridor linking the planet by land and sea, through its most important natural spaces and to create collaborative networks that develop environmental projects, research and information exchange, through the development of forums, conferences and congresses throughout the runner.

The International Committee of the World Biological Corridor integrates and recognizes the Sierra de Cádiz as one of the most important natural areas in Spain.

From Tambor del Llano we are happy about this new initiative and we want to contribute with proposals for activities that go along the lines of discovering the heritage values of this environment. Scientific dissemination from the hotel facilities of the region is important to make the public aware of the great variety and diversity offered by nature, ethnography and culture in this area in a fun and entertaining way. Positioned as one of the Starlight spaces to preserve the richness and beauty of a sky free from light pollution. An exceptional space for bird watching and study. A landscape complex that offers unique and unique flora and fauna. A network of white villages that are renowned for their beauty and for their ethnography.

It is not difficult to offer alternatives and experiences to visitors taking into account all that potential that goes far beyond the usual tourism. It is about coming to know more, to experiment to soak up a lot of knowledge and at the same time have fun.

Together we must make this alternative and different tourism possible, focused on enriching and respectful experiences with the environment.
